Absolutely stunning flowers, would order again. Only knocked a star off due to having to pay extra delivery charges as the website said the delivery location was too far which seemed strange as it was only a mile from the shop.

I live in the United States and was looking for a florist in Bristol, UK. One of my good friends recently moved there and her birthday was coming up. I wanted to send her flowers as a gift. I came across Fleurtations Florist in a Google search. I ended up selecting them for the lovely variety of flower arrangements and the fair prices. I am so THRILLED that I did as the arrangement came out gorgeous and my friend to whom I sent the flowers called me crying about how beautiful they were and how loved they made her feel. Generally good but purchasing stuff for someone else, it would be nice if the florist could send me a picture of the final bouquet arrangement. It did look lovely when the recipient sent a photo! Also would be good to have confirmation from the florist that it was out for delivery. We get so much communication about other deliveries that we've been spoilt :)

First time I have used this florist and I was impressed with the service. They rang me about 5 minutes after I placed the order to let me know they didn't have 2 of the flowers in the particular bouquet, but offered appropriate replacement options. Confirmation of delivery also enclosed a picture of the bouquet which was great to see.

My pregnant daughter was delighted with the flowers delivered so quickly at such a challenging time with the current Covid 19 situation. On the direct2florist website there was a section offering different delivery options to take into account caution needed at the current time where people are self isolating. The person who delivered the flowers followed the instructions to a T and left the arrangement outside the front door, I was then contacted so rang my daughter who was thrilled to open her door and see the beautiful flowers. Very quick and efficient service. The only drawback related to the gypsophila which was broken on the stem and so had to be cut off halfway before putting into the vase. Otherwise very happy and would use again.

Flowes were exceptional, however they were asked to be delivered before 12.00 noon this was not the case. The flowers were left with a neighbour and were not received until the evening, after the party was over. dissappointing.
